1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Operating Days: Our dispatch operations run Monday through Saturday, excluding major public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines & Methods
We utilize trusted logistics partners to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Local Pune Delivery: For eligible local pincodes, we offer expedited fulfillment directly from our M.G. Road storefront. In-stock items verified via our pincode checker are typically available for same-day or next-day delivery, or immediate in-store pickup.
- Standard National Shipping: For deliveries outside of our immediate local radius, standard shipping timelines apply. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Any applicable free shipping promotions will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is successfully dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment through our delivery partner's portal. You can also view your active dispatches at any time using the Order Tracker on our website.
5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
We take the utmost care in packing our products. However, if you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, do not accept the delivery.
- Immediately take a clear photograph of the package.
- Refuse the delivery from the courier.
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
